There is no way Wm A Gee Pritchard b1811 can be the father od Osgood Gee b1821 - the only way
I can think of it is to have them as brothers with father William b.1787

IGI records his name as just William, married to Sarah and the family are in Walton On The Hill,
    Surrey.
Confusion starts because Osgood is said to be christened by this father Rev Wm A Gee Pritchard
(but Wm A Gee was born in 1811 & Osgood in 1821).

    - so Wm A Gee was born in 1811 (d 1884) and son of William (1805) entry who must have been at
least 18 when admitted - so born in around 1787 and died on/after 1838.
    we have...
William b.1787 son of Wm Gee, renamed Pritchard
Wm A Gee b.1811 son of Wm 1787
    Osgood b.1821

Without the Australian certificate, I would guess that Wm A Gee and Osgood were brothers

There is also ELISABETH HOWARD /PRITCHARD/ CHR 09 JUN 1826
just giving mother as Sarah, and no father.

1871 census for Rev. Wm G Pritchard of Brignal Rectory. He is 59y with his wife Frances 58y born

There is a death for a Frances Pritchard in 1885 in Rochford, Essex, aged 73 and a marriage for
Octavia Gee Pritchard in Dec qtr 1886 also in Rochford, Essex, seemly to a James Stephen Winslow
who in 1901 is a clergyman in Gt Burstead, Essex. They appear to have 2 sons, Roberts
