Landscape with the Finding of Moses

This is a completely different sort of painting from the last one, and I really do not know why I chose it apart from the extraordinary perspective.

I struggle to find any real compositional construct, but the spiral does seem to frame it quite well.

The Rule of Thirds does not really land on the main group of people.

There are no greens in any of the foliage - they range from magenta to a yellow tint!

The rest of the colours do not look too bad.

Here is an adjusted the image, as though it was taken with a camera.

The sky is now rather too blue, but overall the muddle tint has gone - but still no greens!

So now lets look at the tones in detail
