Game of Thrones S2, HBO series - Standby Art Director: Croatia Set in a fictional medieval-esque world, Game of Thrones is an epic fantasy adventure based on the bestselling books of George R. R. Martin. The Croatia segment was made up of scenes from 8 out of the 10 episodes, necessitating a good deal of research and attention to continuity between us and our colleagues back in Ireland. We filmed mainly in and around Dubrovnik, where blood was probably my biggest challenge !
