Design - Arbor Sizes
I have to decide whether to go for Imperial or Metric arbors and drills. These are the ones that are needed.

I asked for advice on a couple of web forums, but nobody responded with help.The problem is that in the UK, nobody seems to sell Bard bits in .5 metric intervals and nobody sells rod in .5 metric sizes. I can not find Imperial brad bits in the right sizes either!
So I'm forced into the Metric side with standard drills bits - but then I've only a few holes to drill, so with pot luck they will be okay, especially with an adjustable distance between arbors. However I will check the main arbor hole by drilling extra ones (outside of the wheel radius) to see how bad they are before I cut the teeth.
