CurveMeister

The CurveMeister program extends the power of Curves a thousand percent, allowing you to easily switch between colour spaces, play will all the channels at the same time and many more powerful features.  One of the great features is that you can have any size Curve window that you want - that really helps when making small fine adjustments.  As a huge bonus, they run courses to help you understand Curving, and the power that is then at your finger tips, once you get some basic instruction and tips.

In my structured work-flow (when I remember to follow it!) it is the third program I run (if I have to run NeatImage and FocusMagic first).  Before I start (serious) work, I use to inspect channels, but now CM3 includes that facility for me!

I thought I would share with you some of the images that we played with on my last course, and show you what it can do in the hands of a relative novice - others would produce better curves than me.  If you want to see the steps, then just click on the link near the images.

I hasten to add that these are challenge images, the course images are structured to lead one through learning the various aspects of curving and colour spaces and what CM can do for you.
