NEW TRICKS Series 3 (BBC), Graphic Designer (Designer: Will Hughes-Jones): In one particular episode we needed SOC photos of a car smashed through the wall of a location we would be filming in. I took the location photograph and a photo of the car we had bought, and using approx 32 layers of various images and parts of images, made the crash. I photographed the wallpaper in the location’s hallway, cleaned it up in Photoshop and then cut and moved elements around to create a face which the director wanted to see as the camera swung round I then printed it and stuck it up in the location for the shoot.
