I reckon she was born in 1857, to be 23 on the 3rd Apr 1881 census
She says she was born in 1858, but reckon she was wrong when asked in 1943/45
Reckon he had no children, because Starkey mentioned William's children, but not James's.
Also reckon he was not married because we have his freedom certificate and one would assume that it would usually be passed on to his children, not Williams.
Finally his will does not mention any children
She had a brother Henry Jany
